Notice Regarding the Revised Format of Demand Letter Attestation- 03 September 2026
As per the Ministerial-Level Decision dated 29 July 2026 of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Youth and Labour, and the letter dated 30 July 2026 issued by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Embassy of Nepal and other Nepali Missions abroad have been instructed that, while attesting demand letters received for the recruitment of Nepali workers, the Duties and Responsibilities of the concerned workers corresponding to each Job Title must be clearly specified. Furthermore, the demand letter and relevant supporting documents must clearly indicate whether the concerned workers are required to work in an Indoor, Outdoor, or both Indoor and Outdoor work environment. Accordingly, with effect from 06 September 2026, all concerned are hereby informed that applicants submitting applications for demand letter attestation must use the revised format of the demand letter when submitting their applications and supporting documents.
Demand letters and supporting documents in which the above-mentioned required information is incomplete or not clearly specified will be returned for necessary correction and revision.
