Notice regarding the App for Documents related to Demand Attestation- 18 May 2025

The Embassy would like to inform that, effective from May 10, a new application has been launched and is now in use to facilitate the automatic generation of six different types of documents required for demand attestation in Oman (Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Letter of Guarantee, Inter-Party Agreement, Sample Employment Contract, and Letter of Undertaking).

Through a single entry, all required documents can now be generated at once automatically. Employers can log in to https://demand.nepalconsular.gov.np/ using their Employer Login ID and can be easily  prepared all the necessary documents for submission within a short time.

The generated documents should be printed on the company's letterhead.These documents after having attested from the Oman Chamber of Commerce, should be uploaded to the system. Since these documents can be created automatically based on a few required details, all employers in Oman are hereby informed and encouraged to make use of this system.
